What happens if I don’t like the hire car I’m given?
We always aim to provide the perfect model for your journey. If you are unsatisfied with your choice, we will of course try to change it depending on what is available. If you collected it, simply return it to the hire station. Or if your vehicle was delivered, please call the number on the front of your rental agreement. If we do not have any alternative vehicles available in the category you have chosen, you can also request a paid upgrade to a different category.
